I MADE IT!!!

I DID PEOPLE!!! I made it three whole weeks on the DAINIEL FAST WITH NO COFFEE!!! And only eating fruits, veggies, nuts and whole weat, brown rice!!! Are ya all proud of me or WHAT??? I lost 8 pounds which isn't HUGE...buuuut still a success!!!

I plan on taking the day off TOMORROW!!! Going to Starbucks and getting Spinatos Pizza...THEN starting on Saturday, I am planning on doing another 21 days and THIS TIME, i'm going to count calories for all the foods I eat that are NOT fruits and veggies!!! I'm EXCITED!!! I like this way of eating and have come up with some great recipies...after the next 21 days, I will access myself and see what I want to do next!!!
EVEN IF the weight loss is slower...I'm learning to make healthy habbits for life...and thats what its ALL ABOUT!!! :)))

Stayin STRONG!!!

Soooo my uncle from NYC was here on Tuesday of this past week on a business trip...


 This meant he was coming over for dinner!!!
Which means that my mother cooked up a HUUUUGE Italian feast!!
We have baked ziti...fried Italian chicken...Escerole with garlic and cheese..Iah Oio
Annnnnd allll kinds of other yummy stuff!!!!

Whole weat matzta with organic all natural peanut butter, peaches and grapes!!!
ANNNNNNND THIS WAS MY DESSERT!!!!
I made it you guys!!! I withstood major TEMPTATION!!!

ONE WEEK!!!!

I've made it ONE WEEK!!! ONE WHOLE WEEK on the DANIEL FAST and i've lost 6 pounds!!! Wooooohooooo!!!! Btw- you ALL DO REALIZE THAAAAT...ONE WEEK MEANS...
ONE WHOLE WEEK WITHOUT COFFEE!!! I'm SOOOO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!

Update on the Daniel Fast!!!

Sooooo I DID join the Daniel Fast last Wednesday and am doing FABULOUS so far!!!! Its pretty easy after doing HCG!!! LOL You wanna know what the HARDEST part so far has been for me??? No artificial sweetners ANNNNND know COFFEE!!! Since living a life of dieting, i've gotten VERY used to incorporating these two things into MY LIFE OF EATING!!!! HAHA!!! Buuuut other than that i'm doing GREAT!!!

I made this vegetarian chili...its soooo GOOD!!! I made MY OWN tomato juice/sauce from fresh tomatos, then added in four different kinds of beans, carrotts, corn fresh from the cob, carrotts, onion, kale and ALL KINDS of seasonings!!! Know idea of the EXACTS for anything!!! I just add a lil bit of this and a lil bit of that and a pinch of this and scoopful of that annnnnd...
 VIOLA!!!
THEN, i cup up cilantro, red onions, scallions and sprinkle it on top...
MMMMmmmmmm soooooooo GOOOOD!!!!

I'm gonna go have a bowl RIGHT NOW!!! :))))
